About This Show
Unlike most recordings in this archive, which were captured from the audience on a small microphone, this one was recorded directly from the soundboard to DAT — so the sound is unusually clear and close.
The full tape has been split into its 30 individual songs: Jerry’s originals alongside traditional Irish songs and a handful of covers. Each track can be streamed right here.
A couple of notes on the set: the song listed as “Scallywag” (track 6) is a placeholder — I can no longer recall its real name. The tape also captures early versions of “This World” and “Woman.”
